Prayer for Our U.S. President

There is power when people unite and pray. Therefore, please join us in prayer for our U.S. President. There is power when people unite and pray. Our Heavenly Father tells us in II Chronicles 7:14 (ESV): “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Prayer for our U.S. President

Heavenly Father, I ask that You to restore dignity, honor, and righteousness to the office of the United States President. Our President and Vice President’s hearts are in Your hands; You guides them wherever You will, and I know Your will is righteousness (Proverbs 21:1). I pray that they will acknowledge You in all their ways, so You will show them which path to take (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Father, pour out Your wisdom in the night hours upon President (name of president). Grant him insight concerning our nation’s social and economic issues and issues involving foreign affairs.

Lord, surround President (name president) and his family with Your hedge of protection. Give Your angels charge over them and protect them from all harm and evil intentions. Moreover, let President’s (name of president) enemies be scattered, and let those who deal falsely towards him be exposed. Finally, grant President (name president) success in all his endeavors, and renew his strength and spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
