There is power when people unite and pray. Therefore, please join us in prayer for our nation so God will forgive our sins and heal our land. Our Heavenly Father tells us in II Chronicles 7:14 (ESV): “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Prayer for our nation
Heavenly Father, I thank You for blessing our nation and extending Your grace and mercy towards us. Forgive us as a nation for our many sins and for not representing Your Kingdom to the world. Have mercy upon us, and help us to continue to follow after You.
Lord, protect all of our borders, and expose and dismantle every evil plot of terrorism against our country before any destruction occurs. Father, I trust You to keep us safe. Surround our nation and allies with Your favor so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all honesty and godliness.
Father, let Your hand move upon our land, Father, in power, glory and might, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
