Prayer Decree to Put on the Whole Armor of GodWatch and Pray

Daily decree Ephesians 6:13-18 to put on the whole armor of God.

I use every piece of God’s armor to resist the enemy whenever he attacks. Then, on the day of evil, I am able to stand strong.

The Belt of Truth

I stand strong with the belt of truth tied around my waist. Father, Your Word is truth. Make me pure and holy by teaching me Your words of truth.

Breastplate of Righteousness

I put on the breastplate of righteousness. I have right standing with God because Jesus Christ is my righteousness, holiness and redemption.

Shoes of the Gospel of Peace

I wear the good news of peace in preparation to face the enemy with a firm-footed stability. I am justified through faith and have peace with God, through Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1)

Shield of Faith

I take the shield of faith and extend it over myself to extinguish all the fiery darts of the devil. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. Now, I live my life, in this body, by faith in the Son of God. He loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

Helmet of Salvation

I put on the helmet of salvation to protect my mind from doubts and self condemnation. I focus my mind on God’s love and power and will not be led away from the truth.

Sword of the Spirit

I use the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. It is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. I speak the Word of God to cut down the lies and deception of the enemy.

Thank you, Father for Your complete armor. Surround me with Your hedge of protection as I move forward on the spiritual battlefield today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
